1. What type of bakery is this?
We are a vegan-vegetarian artisanal bakery, and several things set us apart from most other bakeries; our products are made fresh from scratch daily. That fact alone is a significant reason for the freshness, taste, and quality of the products we make. In addition, we are committed to delivering high quality and freshness every day, providing you with the healthiest baked goods available without sacrificing taste and texture.
2. What makes your products different?
We use ingredients that are chemical- and additive-free, non-hydrogenated plant-based oils and margarine. Our flours are untreated, unbleached, and unbromated with no chemicals added. We use pure, premium, natural baking extracts, ground flax seeds, whole grains, and natural, unrefined sweeteners. We try to incorporate whole wheat flour whenever possible to increase fiber content in our products.
3. Are you a full-service bakery?
Yes, we are a full-service bakery! We make artisan and whole-grain bread, buns, rolls, cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, muffins, cupcakes, granola, wheat bars, granola bars, sweet rolls, banana bread, fruit tarts, and more. In addition, we have a complete line of vegan products.
4. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday – Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays.
5. How long does your bread stay fresh?
Our bread stays fresh for 5 to 6 days on the breadboard. However, it can be refrigerated to extend its time of enjoyment, lasting around two weeks in the refrigerator. It also freezes exceptionally well, staying fresh for several weeks if properly sealed in a Ziploc bag. To thaw it, take it out of the freezer the night before or a couple of hours before you need it.
6. Can I purchase a small dessert or a slice of cake?
Yes – we offer a range of single-serving items all day! In addition, you can visit us during business hours to enjoy our products.
7. Do you make gluten-free?
We make a few gluten-free friendly baked goods for those who want to incorporate this option into their diet and NOT for those individuals with a strong sensitivity to gluten or Celiac disease. We are a dedicated plant-based bakery that uses wheat. Gluten-free friendly products and plant-based/dairy-free products are baked in a shared kitchen on shared equipment and stations; we cannot and do not guarantee these products do not contain trace amounts of gluten.
8. Do you make birthday and wedding cakes?
On request, we make customized Vegan, Gluten-Free, or Sugar-Free cakes, such as anniversaries, birthdays, smash cakes, and wedding cakes.
We would appreciate it if you place your order for special occasions cakes at least two days in advance if the event takes place from Monday to Thursday and three days in advance if the event takes place from Friday to Sunday. For wedding cakes, please, place your order a couple of weeks ahead to have plenty of time to test and order special decorations.

10. What if I need to cancel my order?
If a particular order is paid in full and canceled any time before 24 hours prior to pickup, there will be a 75% refund or a 75% store credit. In addition, if you have made a deposit on a special order and you would like to cancel, we will be happy to refund 75% in the form of store credit.
11. What if I don’t like what I purchased?
If you have concerns about a purchased baked good, please return the product to us on the next business day following your purchase. We will happily exchange the item or give you store credit for future or immediate purchases. We do not offer refunds on returned products but may work with you on store credit or product exchange.
